UK delivery overview 🚚
We dispatch orders from our Essex stores and pack them in-house. Processing time is typically 24hours. Delivery options and pricing are shown at checkout.
- Free UK delivery on orders £30+ (where available at checkout)
- Shipping starts at £2.95 for orders under £30
- We ship via Royal Mail, Evri and DPD.
- Dispatch is normally within 0–2 business days
- All orders trackable
If you need something urgent, place the order as early as possible and choose the fastest checkout option available.
Order processing ⏱️
- Processing time: allow up to 48 hours for your order to ship
- Usually shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed after 3PM may not be sent until the next day.

Do you offer free UK delivery?
Yes. We offer free UK delivery on orders £30+ where available at checkout.
Do I have to pay customs or import charges?
