At Vapour Central, we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 working hours (Monday to Friday), ensuring you get your vape essentials as quickly as possible.

Delivery Options

- Free Tracked Delivery on all orders over £30 – sent via Evri or Royal Mail.

- Standard Tracked Delivery from just £2.99 for orders under £30.

- Express Delivery is available at checkout for a small additional fee. While we don’t currently offer a guaranteed next-day service, we do provide faster delivery options with trusted couriers.

Prefer a specific courier? You can choose your choice of courier at checkout (some may incur extra fees).

Shipping Locations

Your items may ship from different locations depending on where stock is held. We always do our best to keep your order together and minimise split deliveries.

All parcels are fully tracked for peace of mind, and tracking information will be sent via email or SMS once your order is on its way.

Due to the nature of the vaping industry, we can only accept returns for items that are faulty. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used products unless they are defective. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns for change of mind.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, or if your order is missing items, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.

For items found to be faulty within 30 days, Vapour Central will provide a pre-paid return label or reimburse return postage costs (up to £3.50).

If an item becomes faulty after 30 days, the customer is responsible for return postage.

We aim to process returns as quickly as possible and resolve any issues efficiently. If you have any concerns about a product you've received, please contact our team directly.
