UK delivery at a glance
- Free tracked delivery on UK mainland orders over £30.
- Tracked delivery from £2.95 for orders under £30.
- Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day.
- Standard tracked delivery estimate: 2 to 4 working days.
- Express or premium upgrades may be available at checkout (from £1.49 as an upgrade where available).

Options shown at checkout vary by order and location. Services may include:

Dispatch times
- Before 2pm* (*working day, 10am Saturday): usually same-day dispatch.
- After 2pm, weekends**, bank holidays: next working day.
- Busy periods or stock/payment checks: may add one extra day.
Returns and faults
- Hygiene-restricted items (such as e-liquids or opened vape kits) are not accepted for return.
- If a device is faulty, we will assess it in line with warranty terms.
- Proof of purchase and original packaging may be required.

This is what happens from checkout to delivery.
Damaged, missing or lost parcels
Damaged parcels or missing items
If your parcel arrives damaged, or items are missing from the package, contact us as soon as possible.
- Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please provide clear photos of the damaged items, outer packaging, and the shipping label.
- We will assess and advise whether a replacement or refund is appropriate, in line with courier policies and condition of goods.
Lost parcels or "delivered but not received"
If you believe your parcel is lost:
- Check the tracking link, delivery cards, safe places, neighbours, and anyone at your address.
- If still missing, contact us so we can open an investigation with the courier.
- Some investigations can take time. For example, Royal Mail may not process a loss claim until at least 7 days after the expected delivery date, and investigations can take up to 14 days.
- Evri and similar couriers state investigations can take up to 14 working days from when the issue is raised.
- We refund or resend once the courier concludes and confirms the parcel is lost. If tracking shows delivered, you may be asked to complete a denial of receipt form.

How much is delivery?
UK tracked delivery starts from £2.95 for orders under £30. Orders of £30 or more qualify for free tracked delivery on UK mainland. You will see all available options and exact prices at checkout.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm, at weekends or on bank holidays normally leave on the next working day. During busy periods or if there is an issue with stock or payment checks, dispatch may be delayed by a day.
Can I choose my courier?
Where more than one courier is available, you can choose your preferred option at checkout.
My tracking says delivered but I have not received my parcel. What do I do?
Check safe places, neighbours and anyone else at your address. If it is still missing, contact us and we will raise an investigation with the courier. You may be asked to complete a denial of receipt form to confirm you did not receive the parcel.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items, the packaging and the shipping label. We will review the evidence and arrange a refund or replacement if appropriate.
What happens if my parcel is lost?
We will open a claim with the courier. Once they confirm the parcel is lost and the investigation is complete, we will either resend your order or issue a refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.
What is your returns policy?
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on e-liquids or opened vape kits. If your device is faulty, please contact us with proof of purchase and we will assess it in line with warranty terms. Full details are on our Warranty page.
