We’re Vapour Central, an independent vape business with shops in Westcliff, Leigh-on-Sea and Rayleigh. We’ve been here since 2014. Some customers come in for their first kit; others know exactly which coil they need. Either way, you can ask us for a hand.

It started with local deliveries.
Sam started Vapour Central in Hadleigh in June 2014, fitting orders and local deliveries around other work. Our first shop opened in Westcliff in 2016. Leigh followed in 2021, then Rayleigh in 2024.
Vaping has changed a lot since then. We’ve had to learn new devices, keep up with the rules and work out which products are worth stocking. The everyday questions are often much the same: will this suit me, which liquid goes with it, and what do I do when it stops working properly?
We’re independent, so the decisions about what goes on our shelves are ours. We look at what customers need, how a product holds up and whether we can help with it after the sale.
What you can expect when you come in
A few questions first
What are you using now? Is it doing the job? Do you want something you can refill, or would you rather change a sealed pod? Those answers help us recommend something you’ll actually get on with.
First kit or a hard-to-find part
You don’t need to know the terminology before you visit. We can talk through a first kit, or help track down the right coil, glass or rebuildable part for a setup you already own.
Setup and aftercare
You can come back with questions about filling, pods, coils or a kit that isn’t behaving itself. Most eligible vape hardware also comes with our additional six-month warranty against manufacturing faults.
Responsible retailing
We sell nicotine products to adults aged 18 or over, buy through established suppliers and keep the required product records. Online orders go through age verification too.
Thinking about stopping smoking?
Our NCSCT-trained advisers offer free help with switching at all three shops. Westcliff also runs the funded Everyone Health programme for eligible customers, subject to the current programme rules. If you’re unsure where to start, ask us.

Bring back your used vapes
All three shops take eligible used vape devices and batteries for recycling. They don’t have to have been bought from us.

If a device goes wrong, we’ll help work out what’s happened and what comes next. Our additional hardware warranty sits alongside your statutory rights.

More than vaping
Vaping is still the main thing we do. You’ll also find CBD at all three shops, with Central Collective and selected wellness products at Westcliff. Westcliff and Leigh serve hot and cold drinks too.
