Rosie joined Vapour Central in 2021 as a part-time Customer Advisor, quickly impressing both customers and staff with her passion for vaping, expert product knowledge, and friendly, down-to-earth service.
In 2022, she was promoted to Store Manager of Westcliff, and today she also serves as the company’s second-in-command. Whether she’s guiding beginners through their first kit or recommending advanced setups for experienced vapers, Rosie ensures every customer feels welcome, informed, and supported.
