FULL Warranty and Return Policy


Devices

All electronic cigarette devices (commonly referred to as vapes or e-cigs) purchased from Vapour Central—whether online or in-store—are covered by a standard 90-day warranty. This applies to full kits (excluding disposables) and battery mods.

If a device or equipment malfunctions within this period through no fault of the customer, a replacement will be offered—either the same item or an equivalent of equal value if unavailable. Credit notes or refunds may be issued at management’s discretion. Credit notes are valid for 365 days and are redeemable only at the issuing location or via the original purchase platform.

We can assist in contacting the manufacturer on your behalf for repair or replacement. If the fault is found to be manufacturer-related and not caused by misuse or wear, we may offer an exchange on the same day, depending on product availability and warranty conditions.

While most devices come with a 3-month manufacturer warranty, Vapour Central typically extends this to 6 months when purchased directly from us. This courtesy extension is subject to change without notice and does not affect your statutory rights.

Tanks

Tanks—including RDAs, RDTAs, atomizers, and sub-ohm devices—are considered perishable items and are covered for 48 hours from receipt (in-store or delivery).
Faults must be reported within this timeframe, either in person, via email, or through our customer service portal for online orders.


Coils

Due to their perishable nature, coils are not covered by warranty.
Performance depends on e-liquid, wattage, and device compatibility. For concerns, please contact the manufacturer directly. Our staff offers usage guidance to the best of their knowledge but cannot guarantee coil lifespan.


Accessories

  • Drip Tips: Covered for DOA (Dead on Arrival) only. Exchanges are available if faulty upon arrival or when first unpackaged.

  • Chargers: Most external battery chargers include a 12-month warranty. USB leads are handled on a case-by-case basis but are expected to be fit for purpose.

  • Glass, Build Kits, Pre-Made Coils & Wire: Covered for DOA only; an exchange will be provided if faulty upon arrival or initial use.

For online purchases, claims for DOA items must be made within 48 hours of delivery and should include photo or video evidence where applicable.


Disposable Vapes

Disposable devices are expected to deliver the advertised puff count.
Replacements are only provided for DOA items, and this must be verified through in-store testing or submitted proof for online orders.

We strongly recommend testing disposables immediately upon receipt. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours. Defective units can also be reported directly to the manufacturer.


Batteries

Lithium-Ion battery lifespan varies with usage and care.
With daily charging, the typical half-life is around 6 months. Vapour Central offers DOA coverage only—faults must be reported within 48 hours of receipt (in-store or delivery). All batteries are batch-tracked and company stamped.


Unwanted Items

Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for unwanted items—this applies to both in-store and online purchases.

Exception:
Under UK distance selling regulations, sealed online purchases may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original, unopened packaging.


Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers most breakdowns including:

  • Device not powering on

  • Charging failures

  • Overheating or short circuit


Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

  • Customer misuse, accidental damage, or neglect

  • Wear and tear (e.g., scratches, dents)

  • Water damage or e-liquid leaks

  • Damage to USB ports

  • Use of unofficial accessories or coils

Micro USB ports and any damage from USB charging are not covered.
For safety, we recommend using external battery chargers.


Return Policy

Faulty items can be returned within 30 days of purchase or delivery. Eligible returns may receive a replacement, like-for-like exchange, or credit note—per the warranty terms.

Original packaging and proof of purchase are required for all returns or exchanges.

After 30 days, please refer to the extended warranty policy where applicable.

Refunds are only issued in the case of items mis-sold or if Vapour Central is proven to be at fault.


CBD & E-liquids

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, CBD and E-liquid products are non-returnable, whether purchased in-store or online.
All such products must be inspected in-store or carefully reviewed upon delivery.


Important Reminder

For any returns, claims, or exchanges (in-store or online), a receipt or valid proof of purchase AND the original box are required.
