We are trained through the National Centre for Smoking Cessation and Training (NCSCT). That means you are getting advice from people who understand smoking behaviour, nicotine, triggers, and what a realistic switch looks like.

- We explain how to use your kit properly, so you do not give up after day two

Support is free. There is no pressure. If vaping is not right for you, we will say so.

Our Westcliff and Leigh store also offers a free, fully funded stop smoking support service in partnership with Everyone Health. If you want structured support alongside product advice, this is for you.
