Free UK Delivery On Orders £30+

Vapour Central provides a free, funded stop-smoking service on behalf of Everyone Health at our Westcliff and Leigh-on-Sea stores. The programme combines one-to-one support with a realistic quit plan and funded nicotine support where you are eligible.

Who can use the service?

Everyone Health’s Southend stop-smoking service is available to eligible people aged 16 or over who:

  • live in Southend-on-Sea,
  • work in Southend-on-Sea, or
  • are registered with a GP in Southend-on-Sea.

Eligibility and the support supplied are confirmed by Everyone Health. Vapour Central’s vaping and nicotine retail products remain strictly for adults aged 18 or over.

How the funded programme works

1. Initial conversation and eligibility

An adviser will discuss your smoking, previous quit attempts, current routine and what you want to achieve. Eligibility is checked before funded products or medication are supplied.

2. A personal quit plan

You agree a practical plan, including a quit date or another structured approach where appropriate. The aim is to manage both nicotine withdrawal and the habits linked to smoking.

3. Suitable nicotine support

The support offered depends on your assessment and current programme rules. It may include nicotine replacement or a suitable vaping route for eligible adults, rather than a one-size-fits-all bundle.

4. Follow-up support

Regular check-ins help identify cravings, setbacks, product problems and changes that may improve the quit attempt. Carbon-monoxide monitoring may also be used where appropriate.

Why follow-ups matter

Stopping smoking is not simply a product purchase. Stress, routine, social situations and withdrawal can all affect the outcome. Follow-ups give you somewhere to discuss what is working, make changes and recover from a slip without treating it as total failure.

Funded programme FAQs

Is the programme really free?

There is no charge to eligible participants for the funded support provided under the Everyone Health programme. What is supplied depends on assessment, eligibility and current service rules.

Do I need an appointment?

Everyone Health states that walk-ins are welcome at Vapour Central. A booked appointment can still be useful when you need a longer, private initial discussion.

Will I definitely receive a vape?

No specific product should be assumed before assessment. The adviser and programme determine the most suitable funded support within the current service offer.

What happens if I smoke during the programme?

Tell your adviser honestly. A slip is something to learn from, not a reason to hide the problem or abandon the attempt. Your plan may need adjusting.

Can someone under 18 use the service?

Everyone Health’s wider Southend service accepts eligible people aged 16 or over. Vapour Central cannot sell vaping or nicotine products to anyone under 18, so younger clients should register directly with Everyone Health for an age-appropriate route.

Service availability, eligibility and funded products can change. Everyone Health’s official Southend service information is the final source for the current programme offer.
