SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 working hours, however, during busy periods this may take slightly longer.

Delivery times depend on the shipping method choosen upon checkout, we offer a wide range of delivery methods including Tracked and Next Day.

 

We currently do not offer international shipping via the website.

In the rare case the item you have order is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer an solution.

If your item does not arrive 7 working days after dispatch please contact us so that we can investigate,
 

In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, please ensure you contact us within 48 hours so that we may investigate and claim with the courier where needed.

​

Items that are on ‘Back order’ or ‘Pre-order’ will take longer to dispatch and will be sent as soon as possible once the item is back in stock or in stock for the first time. All ‘pre-order’ orders are dealt with on a first come first served basis. 

Our ‘express’ shipping method is the quickest way to get your item, this usually means your item will be with you the next day if placed before 2PM, however, we do not advertise this as a ‘next day’ service due to stock being held at different locations.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If an item becomes faulty within the first 14 days, please contact us to arrange a free return label for an exchange or refund.

If an item becomes faulty between day 15 and month 6, please return to us and we will either repair or replace.

​

Due to health and safety we are unable to accept used returns (unless faulty). We do not offer a change of mind policy (unless returned within 14 days un-used).
