The Hammer Of God XL has a reverse thread 510 screw unlike all its predecessors, this is done to stop the 510 screw coming loose whenever you screw an atomizer on it.  

The Hammer Of God XL has a 22mm bore, and there may be slight battery rattle with certain brands of 21700 batteries this is normal and does not effect the functionality of the device. We have found the Hohm Run XL 21700 batteries fit the best in the Hammer Of God XL,
