Our Westcliff-on-sea, Essex store opened in Summer 2016 and we moved to our current location in early 2017. Being only 10 minutes away from central Southend with direct bus and train links only minutes away, this is a perfect location on Hamlet Court Road accessible by everyone.

 

We cater for everyone at this store, from novice to expert and offer the largest selection of Hardware and E-Liquid within the local area.

 

Our staff are not trained to be sales advisors, they are customer advisors, meaning they are not going to just sell you something. They will listen to your needs and requirements and advise you from there. No pushy staff, no targets, no commission, just pure customer service.

In 2019 the store became part of the Smoke-Free service, meaning our staff are fully trained Stop Smoking Advisors who are capable of helping you kick the habit once and for all. The store offers a free stop smoking service, provided by Vapour Central from Southend City Council and back by the NHS Smoke Free.
