We ship internationally from the UK, including EU delivery. International shipping starts from £8.99 for eligible non-liquid orders.

We currently ship to many EU destinations, but we do not ship to the Netherlands or Sweden due to customs issues.

💧 E-liquid, refill pods & liquid orders
Any international order containing e-liquid must be sent using a suitable courier service. This includes:
- E-liquid
- Nic salts
- Shortfills
- Prefilled refill pods
- Any other liquid-based vape product

Liquid orders may need to be sent using a courier such as UPS, Parcelforce or another suitable courier service. This is because some standard postal and international services will not accept liquid-based vape products.

Do you ship to the EU?

How much is international shipping?
International shipping starts from £8.99 for eligible non-liquid orders. The final rate depends on destination, parcel weight, parcel size and whether the order contains liquid products.
Can I order e-liquid internationally?
Where permitted by local rules and carrier restrictions, yes. However, any order containing e-liquid, nic salts, shortfills, refill pods or other liquid-based vape products must be sent using a suitable courier service such as UPS, Parcelforce or another approved courier.
Why is shipping more expensive for e-liquid orders?
Liquid-based vape products cannot always be sent through normal international shipping services. We have to use a suitable courier, and the price charged reflects what it costs us to send the parcel. We are constantly looking for cheaper reliable options.
What happens if I select normal shipping for an order containing e-liquid?
If your order contains e-liquid, refill pods or another liquid-based vape product and normal shipping has been selected, we will not be able to fulfil the order using that service. We will contact you before dispatch to arrange a suitable courier option.
Can I request a specific courier?
For larger orders, we can look into using a courier of your choice where possible. Please contact us before placing the order so we can check availability, pricing and whether the courier can accept the goods.
Will I have to pay customs fees or VAT?
Possibly. Import fees vary by country. Please read our Customs & Import Information page before ordering.
Why can’t I select my country at checkout?
If checkout won’t allow your address, it means we can’t ship to that destination at the moment due to restrictions, local rules or carrier limitations.
What if my parcel is delayed in customs?
Customs processing times are outside our control. We dispatch promptly, and tracking will update when clearance progresses.
