Drop off or collect eligible UPS parcels at Vapour Central Westcliff and Vapour Central Rayleigh through our Parcelly service. Your UPS booking or retailer return must name the exact branch and produce a compatible barcode or label.
UPS services available
- Eligible UPS Access Point drop-offs
- Eligible UPS retailer returns
- Eligible customer parcel collections
Not every label carrying a UPS logo uses the UPS Access Point route. The booking must direct you to the participating Vapour Central branch.
UPS parcel limits
UPS currently publishes the following general limits for parcels taken to a UPS Access Point:
| Measure | Published UPS Access Point limit |
|---|---|
| Weight | Up to 20kg |
| Maximum length | 97cm |
| Maximum length plus girth | 300cm |
These figures are a guide checked in August 2026. A retailer return, broker booking or specialist UPS service can impose a smaller limit. The live booking and label remain the final instruction.
The old 75 × 75 × 75cm / 25kg wording is not a universal UPS Access Point limit and should no longer be relied on.
Preparing a UPS drop-off
- Create the shipment or retailer return through a compatible UPS route.
- Confirm that Westcliff or Rayleigh is the selected Access Point.
- Attach the complete UPS label securely and keep the barcode flat and readable.
- Remove or cover every old carrier label and barcode.
- Use strong packaging and protect the contents from movement or impact.
- Bring the parcel during shop opening hours and wait for the acceptance scan.
- Keep the handover receipt until delivery or the retailer refund is complete.
Parcel2Go and other broker labels
A UPS label bought from Parcel2Go or another broker is not automatically an eligible UPS Access Point booking for our stores. Bring it only where the booking confirmation names the exact Vapour Central branch as the drop-off point. Staff cannot move the booking to another UPS service, change the address or refund the label.
Collecting a UPS parcel
- Wait for the UPS or retailer message confirming that the parcel is ready at the named branch.
- Bring the collection code or reference included in the message.
- Bring the identification requested by UPS.
- Check the deadline; uncollected parcels can be returned after the holding period.
- Third-party collection is possible only where UPS permits it and the collector has the required evidence.

UPS FAQs
Can I bring any UPS parcel?
No. It must use a compatible UPS Access Point or retailer-return route and name the participating branch.
Do you accept UPS parcels up to 25kg?
Do not rely on 25kg as a general rule. UPS currently publishes a 20kg maximum for UPS Access Point drop-offs, and a particular booking can be lower.
Can the shop print my UPS label?
Arrive with the label or approved digital process required by your booking. Do not assume the shop can print or recreate it.
Can I use a Parcel2Go UPS label?
Only where that booking names the exact Vapour Central branch as its accepted UPS drop-off point.
Why was my parcel refused?
Common causes are the wrong route or branch, an unreadable barcode, excessive size or weight, unsafe packaging or restricted contents.
Why has tracking not moved?
The branch scan records handover, but the next movement may not appear until UPS collects and processes the parcel.
Who handles a lost or damaged parcel?
Contact UPS, the retailer or the booking platform that sold the shipment. The branch can confirm its recorded handover but cannot approve a claim.
Can someone else collect my UPS parcel?
Only where the UPS collection instruction permits it and the collector has every required code and form of identification.
UPS services and limits can change. The live UPS or retailer booking takes priority over general website guidance.
