Refund policy

Faulty Items (First 14 Days):
If your item develops a fault within the first 14 days, please contact us to request a free return label. You can choose between a full refund or an exchange.

Faulty Items (Day 15 to Month 6):
If your item becomes faulty between 15 days and 6 months of purchase, please return it to us. We will repair or replace the item, provided it meets our warranty conditions. Vapour Central will cover the return postage for warranty claims made within the first 30 days of purchase.

Health & Safety Restrictions:
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of used items unless they are faulty. We do not accept returns for change of mind unless the item is unused and returned within 14 days.

Unwanted Items:
If you wish to return an unwanted item, you will need to cover the return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.

Damaged Items:
All damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Vapour Central will arrange a free collection and provide a replacement.

Important Notice on Vaping Products:
Please note that vaping products are not covered under consumer law regulations for electronics. This means that some consumer rights applicable to electronic devices may not extend to vape kits and related products.
